Brand activations at scale require a delivery model that can maintain consistent brand standards across multiple locations simultaneously — while adapting to the specific operational realities of each site. This engagement involved the planning, design, and delivery of a public-facing brand activation campaign across multiple locations in the UAE, running concurrently over a defined campaign period.

M&M Group provided the complete activation delivery service — from initial concept development and site assessment through to installation, live management, and dismantling at every location.

What this project required

A scalable activation framework that could be deployed consistently across different site types and formats — with centralised production management and site-level operational teams at each location delivering to a unified brand standard.

Activation design

The activation concept was developed to work across varied physical environments — retail locations, public spaces, and event-specific venues — while maintaining consistent consumer experience standards. M&M Group’s creative team produced the design system: the structural form of the activation unit, the branded environment design, and the digital and graphic elements applied across all installations.

A modular build approach was adopted, allowing core structural elements to be pre-fabricated and adapted to each site’s dimensions and access conditions. This reduced installation time at each location and maintained structural consistency.

Consumer engagement

The activation experience was designed around a defined consumer journey — entry, engagement, and conversion touchpoints. Each location included branded environment elements, interactive consumer engagement stations, and product demonstration areas. Trained activation staff managed the consumer experience at each site throughout the campaign.

Multi-site operations

Running simultaneous activations across multiple locations requires a logistics and operations model that accounts for site-specific variables while maintaining central oversight. M&M Group operated a central campaign coordination team supported by site managers and technical crews at each location.

Daily briefings aligned all site teams to the campaign delivery standards and addressed any site-specific operational issues. A central monitoring function tracked performance and consumer engagement data across all locations throughout the campaign period.

Campaign wrap

Following the campaign, M&M Group managed the dismantling and asset recovery from all locations, and compiled a consolidated post-campaign report covering installation delivery, operational observations, and consumer engagement data from each site.
