Exhibition participation at a major trade show is one of the most concentrated forms of brand investment in the events calendar. The stand must work on multiple levels simultaneously — it must attract footfall from the hall, communicate the brand to passing traffic, deliver the brand experience to engaged visitors, and function as a working environment for the exhibiting team across multiple show days.
M&M Group provided the full exhibition stand solution for this engagement: from initial design brief and structural concept through to build completion, on-show operation, and post-show dismantling and storage.
What this project required
A stand design that could command attention in a competitive exhibition hall environment while providing a functional space for client meetings, product demonstration, and visitor engagement — built and installed to the exhibition’s technical specifications and delivered on a compressed installation timeline.
Design and concept
The stand design process began with a thorough brief — understanding the exhibitor’s objectives for the show, the target audience profile, the products and services being showcased, and the competitor landscape in the exhibition hall. M&M Group’s design team developed the stand concept from that foundation, producing a structural design, brand environment layout, and detailed drawings for client review before any build commitment.
The approved design used a two-storey structure with ground-floor public engagement areas and an upper-level private meeting space. The brand environment was applied consistently across all surfaces — flooring, wall panels, fascia, and suspended graphics — to create an immersive on-stand experience.
Technical integration
The stand incorporated a large-format LED screen as the primary display surface, supported by smaller screens at product demonstration stations. An integrated audio system provided ambient sound management within the stand footprint. All AV infrastructure was specified, supplied, and commissioned by M&M Group’s technical team.
Installation and logistics
Exhibition installation works within strict hall access windows — the build schedule must be planned to the hour and executed precisely to meet handover deadlines. M&M Group’s construction team managed the full installation process, coordinating structural build, graphics and dressing, and AV commissioning within the allocated access period.
All materials were managed through the exhibition’s official logistics provider, with M&M Group acting as the coordination point between the exhibitor, the hall, and the freight handler.
On-show management
During the show days, M&M Group provided an on-site support function — stand management, technical standby, and a daily reset service to ensure the stand was presentation-ready at the opening of each session. Post-show, the team managed full dismantling, material sorting, and asset storage or disposal as directed by the client.
